Hsu Che-Yu collected some stories from newspapers: A police officer who committed suicide, conflicts between gangs, burglary in a department store, a group fighting in a karaoke bar. It all took place in his neighborhood. Hsu followed descriptions from the newspapers and found all actual scenes of these stories. Reconstructing the events through animation.
